| Original drawings should be ready for shipment within 2 weeks of ordering. If there is any delay you will be contacted and a more accurate time given. Drawings are supplied unframed and will be sent in a cardboard tube. They will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods undamaged and in their original condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me by email before making a return. All returns must be sent by registered mail to ensure receipt at this end. We cannot be held responsible for any return that becomes lost in the post. We currently only ship to the UK but if you are from overseas please contact me and we can work something out. |
